The 3 words i will use to describe this life.
The life of Derrick.

ECP!
Yesterday was sure a fun day. We had a Central JC gathering which was fun as i got to know new people like ziwei and aaron and many more. Everything was fun EXCEPT
1) Matt made us walk from macdonalds to pit 60 which is after bedok jetty. That is a 1 hour walk.
2) Matt and Kemmy forgot to bring most of the food..
3) My speakers couldnt seem to work so no music.
4) Started late so we couldnt play the games as planned

OH WELL. but everything went well. Matt bought us mini corneto to plead for forgiveness. Kemmy and Matt rushed home to get the food. The music didnt seem important as everyone was engrossed in conversation. The games went well and we even started our own games etc.

Our dear youth pastor also showed up! Shirley joined us for the bbq and cooked for us the food with her tender loving care so of cos the food tasted so much better :P! I guess overall it was a successful event. The goal was to join the jc group together and i think many of us made an effort to go out of our comfort zone and make new friends. I even played a few games of intense bridge, which is really rare since most people dun think during that game which requires lotsa thinking and manipulation. SO the food was good, the company was great, the location was terrible but the weather was amazing, i guess we have lots to thank God for.

For me i just want to thank God for giving me this wonderful family. I think abt myself and the fun i have with this family, and i wish others too will get to experience my joy. Many out there have not got to know Jesus and have no idea how life with Jesus is like. I so wish they will come to have a life like mine, full of fulfillment and joy. Thank You Jesus...
